CAPPUCCINO

   Brew a shot of espresso into a cappuccino cup. Pour the frothed milk into a cappuccino cup. Sprinkle with chocolate powder.
                 

CAPPUCCINO  Caramel

   Steam the milk together with Torani Caramel syrup until frothy.
Brew a shot of espresso into a cappuccino cup. Garnish with Lyon Magnus caramel sauce.
                 

Latte Coffee

    Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir sugar into coffee; pour into 8 mugs or cups.  Heat milk in small saucepan until steaming. Blend half of milk in blender at high speed until foamy, about 15 seconds; pour milk into 4 mugs of coffee, spooning foam on top, Repeat with remaining milk and coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.        

IRISH Coffee

    Combine whiskey, sugar and Coffee in  a mug and stir to dissolve. Float cold cream gently on top. Do not mix.

Everybody loves a pizza, and we have a couple of real crowd pleasures as specials this month. The Tropical Seafood Pizza has a tasty tomato sauce topped with succulent squid, shrimps, salmon fillet, pineapple, mushrooms and plenty of mozzarella cheese. Or go for the delicious Island Delight, with lashings of sliced smoked chicken, crab stick, mushrooms and pineapple, topped with onions, bell pepper, fresh oregano and plenty of mozzarella cheese. These are awesome pizzas.
